i used to get super bummed every time i listened to this song because it reminded me how much it sucked to go through my own personal falling out with friends, but now when i listen to it i'm so thankful that i don't have people like that in my life anymore, and i'm only surrounded with people who support me. Hayley's little speech made me realize that cheesy as it sounds but whatever. :) paramore's music has gotten me through a lot and i'm super thankful, and i hope y'all feel the same.
They didn't throw it away they did what they thought was BEST for them. And you can't say it was the best thing they ever had because YOU didn't know the situation or struggles zac and josh both went through. You don't know the circumstances DON'T BE IGNORANT.
FICA CALMA E TRANQUILA SRA. WILLIAMS. DEUS NÃO MACHUCA NINGUÉM COMO EU JAMAIS LHE OFENDERIA. EU SOU LOUCO MAS INOFENSIVO. EDUARDO BIANCHI SAO PAULO SP BRAZIL.
Sorta another shot at Zac and Josh at the beginning. Mostly Josh, but he wrote this song too so no matter what their presence ate always gonna be there.
While it is really hard to get a good look at him Im pretty sure that is Josh Freese. Plus he made a comment on his twitter about the show and how "it was close, but he barely made it"...not sure what that means but it was a reply to the other members of paramore. Sometimes drummers will play a different kit than what they are endorsed by....it happens.
She is saying that the drama is over. She's not directly saying that speech to anyone even though it seems like it because i thought that as well. She's simply saying all the drama is over.
@TheMicIsMyLover i dont think thats what she means. i could be wrong, but i think she means that they have all been acting like it was a soap opera. she was just saying that they've had alot of public issues with their band as a whole an dshe doesnt want it to be that way anymore. shes not pinning the blame on anyone neccesarily, just stating that she doesnt want all of the drama that they all created anymore (not trying to argue)
True but I still hope they're happy. Zac has his new band Half Noise and he's the lead singer, he looked pretty happy in their concert videos and I think Josh has a band called Novel America but I don't know how that's going
If you look at Josh Freeses twitter he talks about playing this show with them. Also if you watch both drummers play (Freese and Pierce) you can totally tell this is not Pierce,
anyone else think this song should've been written and released during the Farro's leaving? it seems as if Hayley really means the lyrics this time around
So in a way, is this sorta dedicated to josh and zac, saying that they'll never forget them (yeah in a sort of negative way but still...) saying bye to them and the soap opera of the "old paramore" (yes i hate saying that but i cant describe it anyother way) and that they'll never get so unhappy again (although it did lead to awesome songs like ignorance ;)
i bet Josh is sick i bet he tried to get people off Paramore but look at them now better and happier than ever and where is Josh? yeah this is how Paramore should be and how they should stay forever
I know but im just saying. I cant help but think hayley still carries some anger because of the lyrics of the new songs, but thats just me, i could be totally wrong. but it dosent matter anyway, paramore is still paramore:)
guys, Hayley is saying that she's done with the drama that they had as a BAND. she's not saying it was all bc of Josh and Zac, she's just saying that she doesn't want to have that kind of drama anymore. she's smart enough to know that they all created drama, she's just saying she never wants to get to that point again
Am I the only one that feels Hayley is being not so humble and slightly conceited/mean? It's been a "soap opera since day one", well it wasn't all Josh and Zac, Hayley likes to act like Josh and Zac were mere parasites on the band, when really, they were a huge part of Paramore's success hence, Hayley's own rise to fame. I think it's really not classy and I hate how people keep commenting about how much better they sound without Josh and Zac, 'cause Josh and Zac contributed to Paramore musically
