This one’s even cleaner, just Hayley singing with Taylor and Josh on their acoustic guitars: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-V12bPb8j0OA.html lets us enjoy her vocals even more imho
I’m 51 years old and a metal fan, but Haley’s voice has always captivated me. Just such a pure clean voice. She vocalizes from deep within and can belt out. 😊😊😊😊
This performance reminds me of my Uncle who passed away of cancer last year. I watched this when it aired live on TV because he knew how much I love this band so he wanted to watch it as a family. He started liking Paramore because he thought her voice was so beautiful and The Only Exception was his favorite song. It’s a trip because I feel like I’ve been talking about him all day then this suddenly popped up on my recommended 🥺
I am so sorry for your loss, my condolences to you and your family. But that is beautiful that you get to cherish those memories of him. Maybe it was a sign that it popped up
i love hayley's dress in this performance, she looks amazing beautiful in it....her hair is pretty as always of course and the vibe of this acoustic decode and the way hayley sang it is just perfect
I remember when this song first came out and me and my brother would just listen to it on demand over and over, RIP doug so happy you should be so many good bands
How can I decide what's right? When you're clouding up my mind I can't win your losing fight All the time Not could I ever own what's mine When you're always taking sides But you won't take away my pride No, not this time Not this time How did we get here When I used to know you so well? How did we get here? Well, I think I know The truth is hiding in your eyes And it's hanging on your tongue Just boiling in my blood But you think that I can't see What kind of man that you are If you're a man at all Well, I will figure this one out On my own (I'm screaming, I love you so) On my own (but my thoughts you can't decode) How did we get here? When I used to know you so well? Yeah, how did we get here? Well, I think I know Do you see what we've done? We're gonna make such fools of ourselves Do you see what we've done? We're gonna make such fools of ourselves Yeah, yeah How did we get here When I used to know you so well? Yeah How did we get here When I used to know you so well? I think I know, I think I know There is something I see in you It might kill me, I want it to be true
The best song and best version of Paramore ever, hands down. This was when Haley, Josh, Zac , and Jeremy were still all together in the peak of their creativity and sound. Back before the label producers really got a hold of them and overproduced their sound.
