PaRappa 2's Food Court | M.U.G.E.N-Made Mechanics 

I may have bitten off more than I could chew, but I'm aching to update Hairdresser Octopus into the whole Food Court stage, rather than just teaspoon-sized portion of it. Still working on serving up the rest of the characters' sounds and sprites, however.
