I Think it's fine. It looks nice, and sounds nice. But it doesn't really *feel* like PaRappa, if that makes sense.

I agree with your opinion. I mean, I don't hate the anime, but simple said: it isn't that what it could be. I also heard that Rodney not was involved as creator of the anime, only as desinger. So I think that's true, but it was a huge mistake.
