PaRappa wants to make two promises with his two friends. His first promise is to play basketball with PJ and Matt, and his second promise is to go with Katy and Sunny to the old lady's garage sale.
Things only get worse when Paula Fox arrives in PaRappa Town, only for Katy to be angered about questioning her fashion sense. At the same time, Gaster foils PaRappa's big day by stealing his bike..... AND the money from the garage sale!
