I worked with the whole group and small groups. And yes, sometimes I dealt with aggression, but the rest of my team provided a lot of support, so it wasn't too bad.
I've been a paraprofessional for 8 months and its has been rough at time but very rewarding. You have to find a good school to work, an nice co-teacher and you will be fine.
