it doesnt matter how much you weigh, provided you are within usaf weight regs. its your motivation and resolve to never quit that will get you through. there are both 210 lb guys and 140 lb guys that graduate. it all depends on how much you want it and how much you are willing to work.
Weight means nothing man. It's about conditioning, practical strength and the will to never quit. Don't work for a target weight, focus on hitting the competitive scores of the PAST.
Weight shouldn't be any issue, you want at least 8% body fat because that will help for drown proofing but wont hinder your running that much. Hope to see you there in a bit. The game is 10% physical and 90% mental never give up look your fears in the face and say fucking bring it.
