Dear Rabbi Alon Anava. I'm praying so much to clean my skate without Hashem having to do harm I can do these penance and so I can make amends healthy with Long life and prosperous I'm realizing what I did and have repented Each day thru prayer I'm realizing more and I'm feeling the shame. Thinking how did I do thee things in first place I'm very upset with myself ..praying Hashem sees my sadness and gives me the second chance ...keep me healthy to do the u turn to be holy amen
