Parasite Eve 1 Boss FINAL Eve
The good ol days when SquareSOFT still made good games.
Never beat any of the Parasite Eve series before and I played these in my childhood. Stopped playing with 1 @ the hospital and got stuck at the final Boss in 2.
Movie in progress.

Kinda wish Melissa, the woman before Eve took control made some sort of last word before her demise. Really felt bad as Melissa was just as much a victim as everyone else. Losing control over herself because she had a liver transplant that eventually led to near apocalypse.

But that's just it. She had a kidney, was feeling ill, but wanted to star in the play. And it was at that moment she was "killed" without even seeing it coming

It should’ve played out that Eve’s powers/mitochondria were weakening due to shedding the UB womb and Melissa was starting to “rebel”.

On my first playthrough of this game, I made the mistake of saving before this instead of staying back. So I went into this boss with almost no items, no tools, and equipment that desperately needed an upgrade. And after a billion tries I had to restart the game from the beginning lol.

Ciscoak 907 pretty much yes. Survival horror (Resident Evil style) and turn based combat from RPG’s. Back when this game came out, it was touted as “the cinematic RPG” by Squaresoft. If think it even was on back of the case if memory serves. Great game nonetheless.

I have the game on a PS1 and when I played through this final boss, it was difficult as hell. It was mainly because when I used too much of my PE powers, the gauge would refill slower and slower until it simply stopped recharging; I remember vaguely reading from somewhere that this was intentionally added to prevent players from spamming their PE powers. I looked up online that the only way to remedy this was to switch armors around during battle to reset the PE's gauge to refill again, rinse and repeat. Is there some sort of special item you used that alleviated this problem? And are you playing this on a PS1/PS2 or an emulator of some sorts with some sort of patch that gets rid of that?

PS1 games didn't have "patches". You'd have to find a modded version of the game.

Awwwww. She just wants to be a mama. I know she is the villian, but fertility is so innocent. Regardless what species is doing it. One of the reasons i dont *hate* the Alien Queen in Aliens.
