Parassinikkadav Sri Muthappan temple | Parassinikadavu Sri Muthappan Temple is a famous pilgrim site, located on the bank of the Valapattanam River, near Thalipparamba in the district of Kannur. The temple is in Anthoor municipality about 10 km from Taliparamba and 20 km from Kannur town.
According to Hindu belief, Muthappan represents two Hindu Gods - Thiruvappan or Valiya Muthapan (Vishnu) and Vellatom or Cheriya Muthapan (Shiva).
