Typically, I am touring around Barcelona during Dec, Jan, Feb. Marts is great for touring in the region and along the coast. It can still be cold inland (around 0 degree in the morning) and in the Pyrenees, but also 20 degrees during the day you never know in early spring, but Barcelona and coast is good all year.
