My Dad told me when he was still a teen working at a dairy queen in highschool around when this song came out, and he accidently set fire on one of the hamburger grills and almost burned down the dairy queen. After that happened his co-workers made fun of him by singing that one part of the song "Pardon me while i burst into flames" to his face over and over again to intentionally piss him off.

This is propulsive rock with powerful strum beats and stabbing music notes. It's like the full force of a firestorm. A real antidote to melancholy. There is a musical energy that is precisely measured yet still raw that pours out in a diversity of forms. They did build organic sonic weddings. Pardon Me is a explosive, wild sound. Astounding to have created that. Aren't they like that nostalgic a little bit about the decades before? Everything seems to be so messed up on so many levels now.
