As a pats fan I’ll be secretly rooting for Tampa Bay as my second team. But you guys need to beef up the O line. I don’t care how many weapons he has, he’s only one bit away from a career ended.
Enjoy him as much as we did. He brought us six championships, if he gets a great O-Line with the weapons TB Bucs already have, you will be Champions. I am rooting for Tampa as my second team.
@Brian BayJ0nes Gosselin Someone sounds upset lol good news though. You can finally afford a Brady Jersey. You sound like a low life when you comment on someones comment like this. I live in Tampa and I'm not a Buc fan but I do go to games and one side says Tampa and the other Bay and it's going to be so loud and I can't wait to see the Pats miss the playoffs lol
@@coreyandreas730 He is going to have a great time. I'm sure hes gonna have a better record than the Pats and even if he loses he can still live somewhere warm and relaxing and get paid what he deserved all these years.
When I was a kid Brett Favre was the sole reason why I learned to love football, the Packers, and sports in general. When he left for New York and subsequently Minnesota, I never for a second thought about being a fan of either of those teams. The thought of being a Bucs fan over the team you've cheered for your entire life on a whim is very strange.
They were a fan of the player not the team. It happens a lot in the nba. Fans of lebron will jump ship to whichever team he's on. It's a little bandwagon-y but it's something that's getting more common.
I love Tom Brady and I’ll be forever a patriots fan. That being said, I’ll put my Tom Brady jersey and all my patriots gear nicely in a box. Going to root for Tampa bay buccaneers.
Ina box lmfao real fan right here.....I was expecting I will frame his jersey and put on my wall in my game room with all my Patriots gear not I'm gonna put that all my gear in a box lol looks like your switching teams
Yeah that's just wrong. And the reasoning is beyond flawed. Lots of players had dominant seasons and looked great, only to come up short in the playoffs. That's because of this interesting urban legend, that says teams win rings. Still holds true to this very day. Fascinating I know. Who'd have thought the Patriots played like a well oiled machine on offense and defense while playing in a cupcake division?
@@23jakesmith23 im not saying he would have won 6 rings, he 100% would have won at least one somewhere else tho, and brady is not one of these players that comes up short in the playoffs,
@@s.shephard8547 it's easy to say that but means nothing. You're not factoring in the strengths of his defense, forcing 3 and outs and turnovers. In the playoffs it's usually the team with the superior defense that can make plays which decides the outcome.
@@23jakesmith23 im factoring in the way he can guide an offence down a field in crucial moments and get it done on the big stage , look at some of his early playoff games, he was scoring tons of points and had the number one offense in the league a few seasons/playoff runs, and your boy bellichick isn't the only coach that knows defence
@@s.shephard8547 never said Bill was the only one that knew defense. Just that he is the best. You have a coach who was a savant coordinator for the Giants, devising strategies that took down record setting offenses at the time (The Bills in SB XXV). In Brady's first SB run, he was knocked out of the first quarter in the AFC Championship Game on the road in Pittsburgh. Bill had built a team that was able to withstand losing their starting QB on the road and still pulled off an ugly win. In the SB he faced another record setting offense with the greatest show in turf. The patriots stifled that offense for 3 quarters straight and in fact got a crucial pick 6 out of it. The majority of pro bowl talent has always remained on the defensive side for the Patriots. But that's exactly how they win. On average over Bills 20+ years their, teams score 7 less points on average vs the Patriots than any other team in the league. Do you realise just what an advantage that is? That's a whole extra damn offensive drive that the Patriots take away. If you have a defense that can stifle any high powered offense and keep the game close, you're going to give plenty of opportunities for your QB to win the game at the end.
Weird I’m 33 so I remember rooting for Bledsoe as a child. It’s no debate to me. I love Tom Brady. But if he is suited up against my team. The only question for me is which pats jersey I’m wearing during that game.
As a lifelong 49ers fan, I think I can add some insight here. There was something kind of cathartic about Joe Montana beating the 49ers in 1994. Now, it's a bit different because my 15 year old self truly believed Joe had been wronged by the organization. Now, had it been the Superbowl, I don't think I'd have felt that way. Also, the fact that the 49ers went on to win that Superbowl mitigates the shame I might feel about it. When all you've ever known is the GOAT quarterbacking your team, and they leave, it's going to create some dissonance in your fan hood. Only 49ers, Colts (twice!), and now Patriots fans can really understand this.
everything hank sayin is facts in this video. tom brady’s impact on every new england kid growing up was huge. u wanted to be Tom Brady. the comeback kid. the thing that’s so bad ab this season and more to come is he has something to prove again. and we know when brady has something to prove it’s a big uh oh for the NFL
For the first time in almost Two Decades, The Patriots and Tom Brady get too feel what's it like to be the other 31 teams, them dirty son's of guns. The Almighty Football God's blessed us with a unbelievable miracle.
carlos Giraldo sure he was, because he didnt get any help from his coaches with his talent. Lmao. He was good coming out of college but 6 time super bowl winner with no help in his development? Unlikely.
The fact that people even debate if Belichick is more important than Tom Brady is so disrespectful to Tom Brady. On what planet is a coach more important than a hof qb? Imagine Belichick on the Bills with Tyrod Taylor as his qb? He'd be Rex Ryan 2.0. It's a joke we even have this discussion. Belichick is 54-63 career without Brady, and 219-64 with him.
@Millennial Falcon Bill has everything to prove dude. He has never won a single division title without Brady. And he had 7 seasons to do it. He went 0/7!
@@skeet6047 I don't think trolling is the right term. It must suck being in the NFL and finding out you don't have a job this way. Like Cam with the Panthers... I just wished that one reporter would bring up what are the Bucs going to do with Winston. Bruce Arians went there to be the quarterback whisperer and fix Winston's play. The improvement during this past season was massive. I was really excited to see where Jameis could go. Bruce takes quarterbacks to the next level. How many more years does Tom have in the tank? Are they going to win a Superbowl in the next two years? Maybe. Tom is on the decline. He is losing arm strength. Father time will catch up to us all. The promise of what Jameis could become under the tutelage of Bruce Arians seems more powerful then seeing what Tom will do. Tom doesn't need a quarterback's coach-he needs stem cell treatment. Like everyone else, I will be glued to my screen to see how this plays out.
I don’t get this, as a soccer fan of arsenal in the uk I don’t care how much of the legend the player is, once your gone your gone and arsenal is the only way.
I’m a Patriots fan till the day I die I’m not freaking out about this if anything this just feels like seeing Montana leaving San Francisco for the chiefs. Best of luck to him in Tampa bay.
The only positive thing for us Patriot Stooly fans is that this is gonna save Wide Dog from his inability to place bets on March Madness syndrome. I can admit it... 🤚I WAS WRONG ABOUT TOMMY... But how funny will it be if this Coronavirus cancels the NFL season and all of u 3 Bucannier fans get all excited about getting the GOAT and then u get a 45 year old GOAT😂😂😂🙏🙏🙏 CONGRATULATIONS TAMPA BAY👏👏 TAKE CARE OF OUR GOAT
Pats fans like Hank are hard to deal with. It's over Hank. You ain't winning a title anytime soon. The GOAT just left, things won't be fine. Accept it.
Are you guys the feeling Police? You should be celebrating that smooth water are ahead and let's speculate on his upcoming season...let hear the predictions for Brady in Tampa .
Lol,not what his Victoria secret model wife says,,,. Also funny how you say this hiding behind keyboard with no pictures of your face ... Cause. You are embarrassed of your face but call out sexiest man alive I would trade faces with him ,
Eye of the beholder...they both look like the next step up from normal humans on a chart showing evolution to avatar people to me and me choosing to identify as a picture of the letter T shouldn't disqualify my opinion
As far as Big Cat's ultimate sports debate point, in my personal record book Brady is responsible for like 2 or 3 of his rings. The Patriots for the rest.
Buc have the weapons you guys forget Mike Evans and Chris Godwin not a partiots fan but if he does have something left he can do damage and if he's not s system guy
I'll never forget seeing that video of Hank pitching to Dave years ago. Hank is the poster boy for "men having a bird is like their makeup" dude has no chin
@@johnwaynegacy1925 Godwin wouldn't change his number Tampa loves him we're not gonna make him change his number for some old ass quarterback and you not even from here😂 Godwin is one of the next best wide receivers too
Would you and your “wife” rather be riding the bench in New England being payed less than what you’re worth in a New England winter or starting in Tampa where the coldest day is 50 degrees.. this is a family move
Brady might just made a really bad decision. I’ll always love the dude no matter what happens. But if he goes like 7-9 or misses the playoffs at all you’re gonna have so many of the Brady haters saying it was Bill and the pats system all along. It could obviously go either way, but he definitely made the risky decision.
You have jokes if you think patriots are going to Superbowl,., they just lost Brady their 20 year quarter back (6 time Superbowl champ) and Edelman is only person left on that offensive team... An now they have to find some scrub to replace tom Brady and only have a small Edelman as his best receiver !?...the patriots have a few losing seasons ahead of them before they get their shit together.. And we all know it.
@@joeyj4714 they were decimated with injuries last season. Tb12 hasn't played well in 2 years. Amd when they beat the Rams in the sb it was the defense that dominated. The Pats will do fine.
@@joshuacohen22 wtf ? He won,2019,Superbowl ,,an was,8-0. This starting season! And he made it to play offs , ,, his last 2 years. Superbowl win, then play offs!? He must be a joke
@@joeyj4714 never said he was a joke. But he didn't do well in the past 2 seasons. Our defense won sb against the Rams. We should have had over 3 tds in that game. Without BB and tb12 we don't get 6 rings. The facts that je wasn't that good recently is not just on the entire team.
Not completely true. But as a TB12 fan I am glad he got what he deserved as a player. Sad to see him go and retire under a different emblem but also excited to see what he does with the weapons you guys have in Tampa. I am a NE teams fan as I grew up there and always loved our teams but much respect goes to the players that gave our franchises the championships we won. Good luck this next season.
Lowkey don’t like when they drag hank or anybody else from barstool into their conversations. These two goofballs and wonton don the only tolerable personalities at this company
I went through this with Brett Favre, I was a jets fan for 1 game. My heart made it's own decision that day and I've never strayed again. I've always strongly disliked Aaron Rodgers as a person but it's obviously easier to transition when you have a back up plan like that dude on the bench. Belichick will get his guy and make it work. I really do not see the Bucs being better with old TB vs Jameis. Unless they add another piece. I think the Patriots, regardless of who's at QB, wins head to head if they played this year. Bring back Jacoby?
Mike Evans Chris Godwin two of the top recivers in the NFL.....Pat's no recivers sucked lol no qb now either if they still gonna be good why weren't they last year defense even got bad towards the end of the season nonwrs and now no qb like wtf man
@@js-hk6xs not exactly sure what your point is but I'll just throw this out there. tom brady has had 1 great receiver his entire career and didn't even win a superbowl with him (randy moss). hes won 3 out the last 6 superbowls with a TE being his best offensive weapon. He usually has an average to below average run game but most times a top 10 defense and the greatest coach who ever lived. Plus I think they cheat. The patriots nearly had a first round bye last year, so they were a very good team. Tampa won 7 games last year. The browns have 2 great receivers and where'd that get them? It's the entire organization that wins constantly. Belichick is also the best GM ever. I believe if you throw Andy Dalton or any other veteran in there this year, they are still better than tampa is now. Not saying they'll win it all without Tom but I like Bill's chance against Tampa in a head to head, which I don't even know if they play each other over the next 2 years. Remember Matt Cassel? 11-5 and he was a bum, you have to take into consideration that the Patriots OWN the AFC East. Tom just joined a division with Matt Ryan, Drew Brees and Christian McCaffrey...
@@Jamesballsworth ok agreed with some of your points except Andy Dalton and Pat's better then Tampa lol browns had a bad coach who couldn't coach and utalize the weapons Bruce Arians you saw what he did with Palmer and with luck as a coach and Ben as a oc this isn the browns you forget how good Evans and Godwin are and yes Patriots definitely cheated they had my team the Steelers playbook knew exactly our plays etc. Patriots are done bill is a good gm and too defense has always helped the pats but like you said they had a top te you still need weapons Rob was Tom's weapon and Edelman and Weller last year they had none and sucked and will suck without them and any real with two top guys is good and these are the best top 5 brown just sucked at coaching calling plays just watch Tampa and browns with new coach this yearand they always had a top D but last year towards the end they started to decline were bad you need some offense still
