Hot damn I never realized how crunchy that riff at 2:30 sounds. Thanks for these Instrumentals Kevin! It's like listening to these songs for the very first time, discovering and hearing things I had never heard for years.
As drums go, this is a pretty basic track. Compared to a lot of the other stuff I usually listen to(Northlane’s drums are very technical in comparison) but that’s not a bad thing at all, it actually makes it an easier song to learn how to play and once you know it really well you can throw a little more of your own variation into it. Really satisfying beat to play, this is the sort of stuff I used to love playing when I had my old kit set up in my bedroom. The OG Zombies songs are so fun and nostalgic, just makes me want to set up my kit again!🤘
Now that I finally hear this one, I notice now that a lot of the fanmade instrumentals are missing some of it. Especially near the Very end. Wow. Epic.
This has been my absolute favorite zombies song since the day I heard it back in 2011. The riff that was featured as the game over song for Ascension and COTD had me hooked from the very beginning. Now I get to hear it in all it's instrumental glory!! Thanks Kevin for all the fantastic memories and inspiration, these songs played a huge part in my movement towards sound engineering and guitar composition! Now I'm looking forward towards Coming Home
By far my favorite arrangement of any of your songs. Unique, crunchy, melodic, almost cinematic in a way, and perfectly encapsulates your skills in my opinion. Very, very well done!
This is so BEAUTIFUL! You're such a talented musician Kevin. The music has been a staple in my childhood forever and I can't wait for the final song of the eather story :)
was looking for this 🤣🤣 everyone is talking about 1:12 and I'm like 1:02 is going over everyone's heads, it's my favorite bit of the song and again at 1:50
H O L Y F U C K I N G S H I T I JUST NOW LEARNED THIS WAS THE SONG FOR THE ARCHANGEL BAT SKIN IN KAIJU PARADISE... AS A FAN OF ZOMBIES AND KP, I **NEED** THIS!
These are so great. Obviously the vocals are nice, but sometimes I want to hear the guitar riffs and the singing impedes that. Now I can have the best of both worlds. Thanks Kevin.
this instrumental should’ve been on the campaign mission, Payback, where you’re in the helicopter gunning down boats. It would’ve suited that mission so well
I've always said and will continue to say that, Pareidolia, and Abracadaver have the best instrumentals out of every COD Zombies Music EE, the guitar riffs and drums in those two songs are just godly combos on the ears
