Ya haiyu ya Qaiyoom birahmatika astagees. 7 times. Person reciting makes a niyyah that through the barakah of recitation Allah is protecting me and the concerned person dua is made for. Lastly the first mentioned Aayah to be recited odd number of times as much as one can 11, 21, 41 etc. Aayah 200 that is aforementioned to be recited on a regularly consumed food item.
