Yes Ma'am your 100% correct. I just wanna give a shout out to all the Well Seasoned Saints (Senior Citizens) who are growing old so gracefully & are outliving these young people. (80's 90's 100's 110-) WHAT A BLESSING!!! I went to church & this Parishioner is 102. I left out the church & I saw him walking to his car & drove off. WHAT A BLESSING!!!!! My point is young people including me need to straighten up & fly right & RESPECT & LISTEN to our elders!!!

That was truly shocking that he walked back in laughing! It’s clear that he did commit this heinous crime & that it brought him joy! That pure evil monster should NEVER be released! God bless those poor parents! R.I.P precious baby girl!

We might not like it or certainly agree with it but that is the defense lawyers job and God forbid it is you or any one of us finding ourselves in the position of needing a defense lawyer someday, we would all hope that we get fair representation. It’s fair to look at defense lawyers in disgust, but i just try to remember that there are ppl who are sometimes falsely accused of things, where defense lawyers are the only ppl fighting for that person giving them their only chance at not having their freedom unjustly taken away. Very difficult job.

Also, defence lawyers are needed so it cam be recorded that the criminal cannot get back out due to a mistrial. The system actively works to take as many criminals off the streets as it can.

He has a defense lawyer because it's guaranteed by the constitution that everyone has a right to legal representation. Some defense lawyers actually know their clients is guilty but by law they have to be defended. I got a friend who was a defense lawyer but switched to a prosecutor because he was tired of defending guilty clients. It's a dirty job but somebody got to do it.

He's not going to be that protected.

It's NY, they always let criminals off with very light sentences, and they convict people who aren't criminals. Absolute corruption!!

He will serve a minimum of 40 years. But killing an 11 month old baby, he'll probably be made to serve life. But I dunno, it's New York. Very lenient judicial system. Very corrupt also.

@@M.J.-Boops It’s a myth sadly. Murder in prison is very rare. And lifers are high up in the hierarchy, especially someone with his physic and attitude. Plus, he’ll be protected by guards if he’s deemed at risk. He’ll be put in the vulnerable prisoners unit with CHOMOs and ex police officer offenders.
