Liked the ending a lot. “Pares” has been a symbolic food for Filipino’s like “sisig”. Im a huge fan of Ninong Ry, nanunuod ako since 1st upload. Binalikan ko ulit itong upload nato for some reason. Aminin niyo, mejo nakakamiss yung old Ninong Ry uploads, yung content mismo. I remembered eating at Jonas when I was a kid, I read in their wall that pares originated as a food in a stall with jeepney drivers as the main customers. It’s a combo of beef stew, soup and fried rice, and the drivers coined the term ‘pares’ for that combination so everytime they ordered the 3 food items get served right away.

i really enjoy watching ninong ry's videos. kasi hindi lang siya recipe videos. super informative, ang dami kong natututunan. talagang ineexplain niya sayo yung purpose ng mga sangkap. mas marami kang matututunan sa pagluluto pag natutunan mo na yung konsepto nila. mas kaya mo mag explore kung ano nga ba pwedeng gawin na alternative. i think ninong ry is the first one to do this. iba talaga pag maalam at talagang inaral ang pagkain at pagluluto. buti nalang we have a local content creator na talagang pagkain pilipino ang tinatalakay. ang dami kong sabi, pero gets, ito rin yung isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit nakakaaliw panuorin ang kapuso mo jessica soho kapag pagkain ang naffeature. i'm glad accessible na online yung mga ganitong information.

I have been cooking for merchant ships for years.. and salamat dto s vlog kasi sympre mnsan ung oras n bakasyon ko spend ko.n s pamilya ko and d n ako mka pag explore ng flavors kgaya nito. This is very educational very raw and ang sarap panoorin kasi totoo! Tama si ninong, lahat kasi may kanya2 taung interpretation kung ano b ang msarap s panlasa natin and we have to respect and learn kasi hndi lahat bilang kusinero alam natin.
