It gets easier from repetition. I never drank coffee or knew the difference btwn a mocha and latte and espresso until I worked at a cafe and I learned fast. I still find coffee/espresso too bitter and never developed a caffeine habit even though it was all free since I worked there.
The coffee culture in S. Korea is next level. I dont think the american states have caught up with them on any level. Their dessert menu looks so good.
TBH I love watching her work and make all the delicious food, but I can also appreciate how hard it is...therefore I don’t want to work at a cafe, only eat there 😆
You don't want to. One of the worst jobs, believe me. Very tough, very dirty, very ugly. In these videos all you can see is the nice things, not the whole reality.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but their cafe is using plastic cups and before they throw it out they clean the cups first? My how responsible! In my country some even just leave their cups on the street. This is why Korea and Japan are one of the most cleanest countries in the world!
I always get angry of this when I live in hostel before. My hostelmate always throw away their cup of iced water when the ice still in there. Did they not know that the ice will melt and the trash will get smelly before it's watery? It include broth or soup and watery substances like sauce where they just throw in bin like that without filter
I live in Europe and we have to clean plastic too before segregating it. Not everyone is doing that ofc but taking care of environment is not only Korea and Japan thing :P

chào bạn viết vietsub, mình mong bạn thấy góp ý này của mình. Nếu bạn không biết dịch từ nào đó thì để nguyên tiếng anh cũng được chứ đừng ghi (mình không biết dịch từ này mong bạn thông cảm bla bla...) đọc sub khó chịu cực kỳ!!!. Bạn cũng đừng chèn lời nói của bạn nữa, riêng đoạn giới thiệu lúc đầu thôi đã làm ng đọc không thoải mái lắm rồi vì mục đích ng ta xem vid này không phải để tâm đến lời của bạn mà là nội dung vid .
Mình cũng nghĩ giống bạn ak ! Nếu bạn ko biết thì để yên thế thì đâu ai nói gì đâu, chứ cứ chèn lời vào mình xem video đúng khó chịu luôn ! Bạn vietsub cứ viết như thế thì tạo cho người khác cảm giác video chẳng còn hấp dẫn gì khi muốn thấy chủ vid nói gì thì toàn thấy mấy lời : xin lỗi, thông cảm, không biết , blabla... của bạn VIETSUB ( hình như là SEREIN ). Mà cũng khá bực khi bạn ấy VIETSUB mà còn giới thiệu các thứ làm như đấy là video của bạn ấy nên mình khá quạo 😕

I really like your videos, but I hate the way they use a lot of plastics for everything, businesses like theirs are what pollute daily. I'm from Argentina, and the bars here use cardboard bags, glass cups or cardboard. no plastic straws are used, each one brings their own recyclable metal straws or the bar offers them a metal straws, to avoid the use of plastic. Please Zoe be aware.
In korea, they have super strict recycling laws for many different plastics, glasses and papers, so its quite a sustainable system they have, even tho that is a bit excessive
