I have the EDP version but I've not tried the extrait , it sounds like they are almost identical because this is the same experience I get from the edp. Appreciate your insight into this one 🍀
I have the 100 ml bottle of the edp (first release). To me, it smells like jasmine and scalp. I don’t get the “cat pee” or “fecal” type of musk. Basically flowers and unwashed scalp

I got a sample, thanks to your review and it´s so animalic. I smell some strong oud, musk and flowers. Do they use animalic oud but it´s not in the notes ? Or the Musk Deer is so animalic ?
je vous confirme que le but était de recreer l'odeur du musc tonkin naturel. Le parfumeur raconte dans une video qu'il a eu la chance de sentir un extrait naturel de musc tonkin chez un ami et qu'il s'est inspiré de cet extrait naturel pour créer le parfum Musc Tonkin. Le véritable musc tonkin est interdit aujourd'hui pour des raisons de protection animale.
I still haven't smell a parfum d'empire that I didn't enjoy, still need to try a few like this one, tabac tabou is stunning. In my mind this may be around the same style of salome or maai?
