Sid is so real. Also comes across as someone with lot of empathy. Have always been a fan, not so much for his acting, but for the no nonsense real aura. Keep shining, Sid!
Priyanka Mukherjee really empathy towards people who cannot imagine spending 50 - 60K just one night coz they “insecure” about money!! Omg do you even know what empathy means!
Sid had some good follow up questions..He is good and shows he is not self centered that way and listens to people. Having audience defeats the point of tape cast being intimate one to one chat🤔.U wouldnt get the same response from other great Tape cast pairings if they had audience like this one.

I think what pari is trying to say about dating an actor is, that the actor shouldnt be a star in his head. Grounded and humble actors are a rare breed. thus, cannot date an actor.
I was basically interested in what Sid had to say because his slow success has always intrigued me about how he manages to still keep at it. I mean he's a matter of fact thing and with so much enthusiasm. As for Parineeti I think Sid brings out the best in her, what a great listener he's been here but frankly Parineeti talks too much and should follow singing her first love.
Thank you for speaking up about the pay parity. I however feel that saying that you make for it by doing more endorsements undermines the issue at hand. You clearly are working more to make the same amount of money which is still gravely unfair.
Siddharth is a really good talk show host. He was like an interviewer and added some questions to increase the duration of the tape cast. Good one. Really honest. I really loved Parineeti Chopra's failure journey and I actually changed some things in my life from that journey.
People mistake a reserved personality and someone who is not that vulnerable with maturity. People who tend to be bubblier or more forthcoming with their emotions to be less mature. They both have their individual personality and found them equally mature.
Parineeti talking about the low phase in her life was really inspiring but we could’ve done without her ‘ya’s and interrupting Sid - barely got to hear his thoughts !
alia had kjo being her sugar daddy and promoting her everywhere. Unfortunately pari's godfather Adi Chopra is too reclusive and couldn't do anything to promote pari. After Ishaqzaade and SDR, not even 1 Collab of theirs worked. Which is sad. I think Pari is one such actress who just got unlucky and alia came at such a time and stole her thunder. Had it not been for her, Pari would be in highway, dear zindagi, udta Punjab, 2 states. Just see the line up man. What a track record. It really helped alia being a true blue insider with Kjo's hand on her head. Same with Sid. He is less talented but has kjo. Pari has no one. It's very sad.

This one and the Karan and Ranveer one are the worst pairings. I thought the whole point is bringing two people together who we wouldn't expect to see sitting across from each other (and also maybe opposite ideologies).
Work hard to get into the top rated educational institutes, that ensures placement and a good paycheque for life, if you are commited and hard working. Actors work hard but have short lived careers in most cases. What attracts people to showbiz is the mostly the fame and glamour. Nothing else feels like it. I work in showbiz but i made a conscious decision to be on the financial end of things.
Sid is obviously interested in pari. I was dying at his facial expressions when she was describing her ideal man. It seems to me that sid is exactly what she describes but parineeti has not realized it lol. He kept hinting at himself and she was just not getting it lol

I love Parineeti since i watched Daawat e ishq. I don't know why that movie did not go through as it was shown a strong girl leading her life with a beautiful love story. Anyway i like her as a person too.
Love it when people are saying it's distasteful to talk about money, yet our society freely asks what you make as a barometer of success or not. Ha the irony!! They are in a different industry with expenses to maintain their look, physique, travel, food, team that manages their or, schedules etc. They shouldn't be judged for making x amount cause they are working for their income. It's just refreshing to see two actors being real.

she does acknowledge the pay parity is an issue....her making it up with endorsements makes her come to peace with it maybe...but it doesn't change her opinion that it's an issue...there is not much she can do about it sadly
Hmm there's one thing here....pari shouldn't be so hard on herself. Depression and blackholes are part of life and if you go through them several times you can go to therapy and heal. You're no failure for feeling and failing. I think she's being too hard on herself 🙂 it's ok girl.

endorsments are not art! do not mix with pay parity what kanagana is fighting for..you guys even have seriously no knowledge about how deep that issue is and just bec it's not harming you, you can't just say that you are making it up by doing something else..and dont you know in ad world, guys get paid it more..just bec that same hero of that so called film, didnt do or get the edorsments..doesn't mean the cause is taken care of! get educcated first in that issue pari!
What a downgrade from the first season of tapecast. Last season's tapecast brought us ppl with diverse perspectives having a civil discussion on films. Now they've reduced it to film promotion and brand equity enhancement techniques. Anu ma'am, I read your piece where you told how annoying gimmicky promotional campaigns have become. This is exactly the same. Disappointed!

this sid guy is at the risk of becoming the next 'imran khan' . as far as parineeti is concerned, its tough believing to what she says after her goofup interview she had alongside akshay.
he has already had a better career arc than imran khan. but i get where you're going... and i kinda agree, it's sad that he's just failing to have a fire breakthrough. he has the ability and the fan following for it.

@@merin9298 in my personal capacity don't think so ..for actors dating someone is also a matter of head as much it's of heart(in fact more of head) dating in this industry is stepping stone to success i.e Deepika hitching with ranbir ditching her old bf, Ranveer ditching his past GFS to grab deepika's attention..parineeti's chopra career only sored for a very brief time..she had reached a stage where she again is in danger of being known as PC's cousin... frankly speaking I think it must be parineeti whose attempt to get close in with her leading guys might not have materialised well since she is more kind of a pally girl rather then the demure and coy kind..bt since she has spoken we believe she is speaking the truth unlike that time when in an interview she concotted the take of how she was poor and all in childhood and how later on her classmates came forward to burst that take..who knows
