Hope you are okay now Sir. Keep listening to more music. I lost my mom almost 3 years ago when I was 18 but music has helped me a lot to overcome difficulties.
i love this because, the mind starts running vande bharathambe in the background. it was such a power packed song. Listening to it from foreign soil make all the more impact.
It is good to see the standard that you maintain while uploading songs, not just the singing, but also the quality of the audio. Often some very poor recordings are uploaded on RU-vid. It is better to not have poor quality videos. Great singing, as usual!
" Beautiful! Feast! In the Raagha! " Reedhi Ghowlai!". Reminding " Chammangudi Maama!, Chammbai Maama!". W. Somuch Joy. BhuVanamma!. Always Be with " Good 👍Spirits.
Excellent rendition of rewtigowla raga paripapalayamam swati thirinal sahityam by respected Trichur brothers I felt as if I was in the first before them enjoying the keertana
carnatic music has found a new place in musical history by your music. I am usually inclined to listen to some favourites in carnatic music. But ater listening to yr paripalayamam and a lot of other songs I am totally attracted to yr music. God bless you
As one of the very enlightened musician Chem Zard highlighted, Swati Tirunal has been 'miserly' on the pallavi/anupallavi part, to let the singers extend it the RIGHT way. For example, we CANNOT pronounce 'murAre' as 'moooorAre' (which kills the meaning and distorts the Sanskrit word murAre!). We can only extend on the longer vowels, like on the word 'padmanA......bha' (as applicable in the texture/tALa of the song (rUpakam))
Great singing, as usual. Could have paid more attention to akshara shudhi, especially in the double-time phrasings in the coda of anupallavi and charanam. You can learn a lot from vidushi Sowmya, who NEVER compromises on proper enunciation of the lyrics. The vaggeyakaras must have spent a lot of time choosing just the right words to meet the stringent requirements of poetic meter (praasa) of the composition, and it is disrespectful to ignore their efforts by mumbling the words. If your singing wasn't this good, I wouldn't have botheedr to be so peeved....Please take it as a back-handed compliment, and wish you both even greater success ahead...
