Great video as always, hope the injury heals quickly and does not impact your training too much. You should be very proud to be honoured like that by your school.

I wish our schools,here in the states were as beautiful as yours. The history of it is amazing. Some day I hope to go to Paris. Thank you so much for sharing 🫶 I started riding my bike again because of you. I forgot how much I loved riding.

Miss Lou, Fantastic video as always and a grand way to start my morning. Just back from a job in LaPorte Tx. Shutdown due to weather and will be going back next week. Morning ride was just canxed due to lightning storms. Post Hurricanes suck!!!! School looks nice and the bit of Mary Shelly living next door was interesting, and creepy at the same time. Hope your injury gets better soon and you get back to hard training again. i think it would an honour to be recognized by your school. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

Yikes. See, that's what we get for walking 😅 Seriously, I hope you'll recover quickly. Isn't it weird how an injury from one sport can sometimes have no impact at all on another sport, using the same muscles just in a different way? I got a nasty bout of tendonitis during that last Everesting, so I was off the bike for quite some time. But I could in turn hike without any issues. Loads of that during my holiday, but we almost took the bikes for nothing. Now I've got blisters on my feet, but fortunately I can ride again 🤣

Tom Kerridge, isn't he the guy who charges £85 for a sirloin, £35 for fish & chips ? 😁 ( Hope it's line caught cod & not pangasius from the Mekong ! ) :) You would have thought Eurostar could, should, find a way of carrying bikes ! Would surely be a popular "little earner", people taking the "horse" to 🇫🇷 You & Rob have fun Lou Could be mass riots, added to the "pot pourri", when 🇪🇸 win the Final ! ☀️ :)

Thanks for explaining the tattoo, I see cyclists with tattoos all the time but never like to ask because they can be very personal. I am always curious though.

Sorry to hear about your leg. Strangely, (when I had plantar facitiius), cycling didn't aggravate my foot either. Hoping the injury is on it's way out. 🩷🤞🏼
