Paris window displays are amazing compared to Tokyo. Here, Christmas is a retail event and does not inspire a sense of wonderment. On December 26th, ALL the Christmas decorations will have been removed; it's like the Grinch came and stole everything! La Grande Épicerie is my first shopping destination during my 2 weeks in Paris this month.
