It has been a long time since I didn't comment, life in Seoul is very busy. idk if you ever considered NJ - fort lee is a 10 minute commute into NY. Jersey City/Hoboken is just a train ride away as well. Rent is a lot cheaper (and you get more space).

Great vlog! The faux fur jacket is beautiful ! The NYC rental market slows down during the winter months so you may stumble across something you like at a decent price. Some folks have found better deals in Downtown Brooklyn, Williamsburg (Brooklyn), Long Island City (Queens) and Jersey City (New Jersey ) . All of these places are just a few train stops into Manhattan.

Rent is also unaffordable for many people here in my city, in Canada, considered one of the most expenses places to live in the world. I am pleasantly surprised how the living cost by and large are more affordable in Spain, France and Italy, but I am sure residents and native in these countries have their own concerns.
