Paris / Fresh millefeuille / To Jacques Genin 

This time, I went to Jacques Genin's salon to eat my favorite freshly made millefeuille.
The crunchy pie and the moderately sweet cream of the mille-feuille are one of the most recommended patisserie in Paris.
However, they don't make it every day, and they can make it only on some weekends, so it would be better to check by phone before going (they can speak English on the phone).
The atmosphere is good, and you can take out the chocolate as it is, so it seems fun to stop by when you visit Paris ♪
The area is densely populated with museums and churches, so please take a stroll around the area after eating.
