A great friend hooked us up with some tickets to the Jardin Des Plantes Light Festival in Paris, France. The displays were full of detail, vibrancy and luminosity.
The artistic display were thought provoking, made me appreciate nature a bit more, thinking more about the living organisms around that are doing their best to survive in this more sophisticated, yet even more complex world.
There was quite a reaction to the Covid-19 virus display. As well as there should be. A virus that has killed millions of humans so far, when just observing its physical construct, there is a level of perfect spherical symmetry.
The anti-thesis of the Covid-19 was right nearby... the lymphocytes. A type of white blood cell, perhaps representing our ultimate solution. The solution awaits within our own biology. Reminder to take care of you immune system friends!
Tardigrades and bacteria had a showing as well. These fascinating organism have survived the test of time and 5 major extinction events in Earth's history!
Finally, the showcasing of the steps to create new human life. The sperm and the egg merging together to create an embryo. Perhaps it is our destiny to repopulation Earth and keep the cycle of life going.
