Im so sorry to say that I have always been big admirer of Paris , But i had no idea , that its that dirty , The graffiti is everywhere, its a Big Black dot on the face of City , I have seen European cities are bombarded with Graffiti, and it makes look cities very Ugly. I dont know why Governments dont Ban it , Its not even art randomly painting Alphabets on the walls of city , so sad to see this.
@@sweiland75 its not every city. Mostly European cities. I haven't seen graffiti in Asia. Even in US and Canada, its not noticeable. But in Europe, it seems Europeans hate their own cities.
