I think it's tight, it's just a bit of doodling, makes things look more interesting. just their way of interacting with the dynamic organism that is their city! why so serious about the sacred walls of the metro ... its functioning is not impaired!
I love graff and street art but the standards in France are lamentable. Overwhelmingly crap tagging with no real thought put into it, just makes everythintg look run down. If people upped their game and made some nice colourful work that actually uplifted the enviroment the whole country would look better. It's crazy, as soon as you pop over the border into Spain, the graff is so much better. Allez, les Francais, ameliorez votre style!
If you tag, please never do it on clean walls / public surfaces. If you do it where people have been tagging then go ahead, please do. Its ok where walls already need to be repainted. But please stop the tagging on historic and pretty buildings. I think there should be more public "Tag" walls. Where taggers can go and paint, legally. Why not have these walls all over the city?
No longer term graffiti writer paints on historic bouildings, religius places such as churches or mosques... That's what is called "toys" or new graffiti writers that haven't learned..
