As someone who is currently filled with self-hatred and insecurities, I started tearing up midway through the video. I turned 25 a couple of days ago as well and I feel nowhere near to where I want to be and who I want to be. Thank you for reigniting my hope that maybe things can in fact get better.

Wow the “message to my younger self” part made me so emotional. I turned 25 six months ago and really reflected on how far I’ve come and how well I’ve gotten to know myself recently.
