Chloe, it was nice to see a different side of you and like many of us can relate to the same anxiety feelings. It is nice to know that like most or everyone all have these feelings at some parts of our life; and nice to see natural side of you. Plus this was a lovely trip to Paris and again thank you for taking us to so many places. You life must be so hectic with word, home renovation and wedding planning and nice for us to join in your journey. I don’t know if you expressed in any other videos and I have been following your channel for ages, but I was just wondering why type of career you have without being too personal. Hi, just finished with your whole video...i too had anxiety and wondered where it was coming from...i found out, on my own, that it was part of my menstrual cycle, from the pre-period to the period itself...it only relieved itself once i finished with it for the month and then i felt GREAT, once i figured that out, i was able to make peace with it. I never got to the point where i needed medication but once in a while i did take an over-the-counter PMS tablet, that helped. Please know, its ok to cry, it is a real stress reliever. :)

Such a beautiful place to spend vacation. I just want to commend you for being so brave and real. It takes courage to do that! I'm excited to see the next travel vlog that you are going to make. One thing that I learned and wanted to share with you is to look for a duffle bag that best fits your luggage and has all the wonderful features a bag can have especially in plane travel use. I suffer from bad social anxiety too. Obviously how you deal with it is your own decision but I found Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with a psychologist SO helpful. It really helps you to learn how to get yourself out of those thoughts when they come up.

If it helps as a fellow introvert I heard this recently. Introverts are depleted by social interaction and extroverts are filled up by social interaction. We are usually somewhere between the two extremes but if there are alot of stressful things going on at once you are bound to feel overwhelmed. It's good for you to share how you feel because I am sure normalizing those feelings will help you and others.

I don't have social anxiety but GAD and it gets pretty tough if I go away, especially alone, so I recommend Generation Calm here on RU-vid. Her meditations have actually _ changed_ my life. She does meditations for all sorts of issues and it helps me so much. Sending love, it's tough out there 💗

Comment on point. I actually live in Paris and we have so many instagram friendly places that there is no need to shoot instagram content in the middle of the street. People rush to work, ambulances try to reach those in need, and the influencer blocks the road to take the best photo. I don't know what's going on with people these days
