hmm, thatz really up to the IOC. though it may seem unfair for individual Russian atheletes to be barred from competing in the games, they do represent their country on the world stage. IOC did impose sanctions on Russia b4 for violating anti-doping rules, and they have also prohibited Russian athletes from competing under the Russian flag. so, this is a complex issue. It really depends on how the conflict between Russia and Ukraine goes.

If putin and his gangster regime are allowed in then other countries of the world should boycott the Paris games. How can the world look on as athletes representing Russia or are Russian competing under some other flag compete with other athletes. It’s ridiculous as how stupid the UN looked when Russia Chaired the Council for the month of April. Most of the world was asking why ?
