Added this to my walking playlist, walking uphill to it is a killer. But i am really enjoying it. Watching the work out is great, i might even try it when i get my breath back. My brain thinks I'm young enough, but my body reminds me I'm 64. Thank you x

I love Park! He is so very funny in his video where he winks. So cute. But these ladies are fantastic. I wish I could have seen this a year ago. Too handicapped now, but I am going to try it…as far as I can go. Just to get movement in my arms would be a joy! Great song to do this to. It gets your heart pumping just watching it. I love it❣️

I’ve been doing this workout for 2 days with my sister and I can’t tell you how much we keep laughing 😂, it’s super fun to do and you end up actually doing it and finishing it. I hate working out but this is actually really fun and keeps me motivated👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
