Park Hyatt Vienna is definitely one of the most beautiful city hotels I've ever stayed in. It is located within a 100-year-old building and the former headquarters of Bank Austria, on Am Hof Square. It has plenty of historic character - marble floors, shiny brass, and inlaid mother of pearl.
Rooms are equally sumptuous and are among the most spacious in the capital. I especially love the toiletries they provide. Smell very refresh.

Their service is extraordinary. They understand how to provide friendly and exclusive service but do not make you feel pressurised.
One special thing about this hotel is they are pet-friendly. They even provide a pet walking service.
I love the beautiful indoor pool, sauna, and steam room very much.
