Search where beach erosion has occurred! Keep your eyes open for surface finds! This was a non-metal custom ceramic ring. I'll probably never find another one!😅

@@ParkMetalDetecting grinch xterra and 800 nox 900 in the water but old 900 sold it at some stage will get another looking at a 700 why water depth is 5meters better than 900 some say. Will give that dd a crack on xterra but never did that yet got v12 on my unit.

@@MiamiDetectorist I prefer parks too as driving 3 to 4 hours to get to a beach and back is a lot of work... Working on Parking our RV close by so I can do it for a few days at a time : ) Curious what detector you swing?
@@ParkMetalDetecting And RV is an awesome idea! Well, the beaches are only about 8 miles from my house. They’re so grossly over hunted that you can spend hours out there collecting bottle, caps and pulltabs and a bunch of corroded old coins that are almost unidentifiable so you end up throwing them all out regardless. I’m so over watching videos of these eights on the coastal shores of South Florida claiming to pull up gems and jewels left and right. I do far better in the parks. And this is where it gets a little complicated because I have several machines. I started a Lyft and ATT pro and quickly decided that that was way too heavy and just not easy to operate or understand. Then I moved over to the Nox 800 and I like that a whole lot better than I thought maybe I should give, the Legend. Well, I like that machine I still felt more comfortable and proficient with the Nox. I felt all the hype of the Nox 900 and purchased that. I don’t see a huge difference between the 800 and the 900. I tend to use the 900 in total lots and the 800 everywhere else. I’m the only real reason for that is because I have the smaller coil on the 900 that I’ve purchased the XTerra Pro for my daughter-in-law and she showed interest in the hobby. When we went out for the first time and she found a ring I was receiving with jealousy. Lol I’ve purchased one for myself and another one for one of my sons.
@MiamiDetectorist That's pretty cool! I started with a White's 6000 Di at $700 40 years ago and bought another one on OfferUp for $110 but it was the better professional model... my first RU-vid compares it to the Xterra Pro! At 17 sensitivity on an air test, it equaled the Whites! I then picked up a slightly used Nox 900 with both coils for $780 as they work fine on the Xterra Pro... Another video. :)
@@ParkMetalDetecting That would be wild. I have detected twice in the last week or so and found 2 of the Gold dollars. One has the Indian Girl on it and the other the 10th President. One was right next to the plastic Merry Go Round. That reminds me, I need to empty my Pouch. If I let it get too full it starts feeling like my shorts will fall down.
