Fact is they are holding hands and have good comradery. Their bts shows they have a good friendship. They ablib a lot in their series. Another factor....I don't follow him or the award....do all pair hold hands? Does he hold hand with All his co-stars during an awards won?

KJw is such a private person. She would not just do it for the camera or fan service. She barely post on her IG. KjW is really shy and compose to herself. Her not interacting overly with him fits her MO. If you seen their BTS. He accidently grab her hand and didn't realize the camera is on. Fact is ...they held hands...also a fact is that they are comfortable with each other and lots of ablib in their drama. Another factor is...do they always hold hands with their co-stars at awards? This is an indication of their behaviors that we can speculate and determine
