I don't know VA at all. In looking at a map, I still don't recognize any of the surrounding areas. What's the largest city closest to this? What is the lot rent going to be? I'm so glad to see another company making progress in bringing another THC to fruition!

Hey Jennifer! There are multiple decent sized cities around. Roanoke, Christianburg, Blacksburg and the closest being Floyd which is a great little mountain town less than 10 minutes away. Lot rent will be $550/month. Please email us at build@tinyhouselistings.com if you'd like more details!

Thank you for that information! I won't be ready to buy for a couple of years, but you guys are still at the top of my list for who I want to build my TH and if I can find a spot in one of your communities when the time comes around, even better. Thanks for everything that you're doing for the TH movement. I live in Denver and as progressive as we are, still no-go for TH on wheels.@@tinyhouselistings
