I sure hope this crew can learn from Parker and his crew. A lot of little improvements would help these guys out tremendously. Stop using mercury for one. Take parkers advice and narrow the areas he mentioned and add the better traps. Get an actual digital scale. Many more, I am sure, but 80% plus would be way better than the 65% they are working to hard for that low of a return. Parker is a good man and just wants gold miners to do better and have more for themselves.
If he's fired there's a reason like someone else sees his gold and wants it. Especially in that part of the world. All they have to do is make up an excuse and take all he has there
They are just egotistical people who pat themselves on the back too much for their hard work. That's why they are still hosing down material and can't even use a spray bar. At some point it just becomes blatant incompetence. These guys spend their life doing the same thing over and over and never learning. It's easy to think you're good at something you aren't, when you alienate everyone else who also knows how to do it.

When I was in high school I found a huge jar of mercury in my step dad's garage, I used my insulin syringes to inject grapes and other fruit with it, nothing real cool happened like I was hoping
I found one as well, My dad worked in a hospital and some guy tried to killed him self and it would not flush down the toilet, so he had to fish it out .. in a sample jar in our living room it sat... seeing as we are sharing odd stories about childhood mercury.. I found my peeps!
A dentist's kid brought some to school. We poured it in our hands and rolled it around the palms of our hand. It was heavy for such a small amount of mercury. Pretty sure I have 12 diseases from it, but those were the 80's.😊

The sad part is that they actually think that we still aren't in colonial times, trust me if someone or any country wants it then they're gonna take it either by buying it outright because they've ALOT of money or if that don't work then by force,some will even skip the first option and go straight to talking it by force but that's just how the world works.
