By a Verse like this i would stand up and go out of it with loud laughing walks out . 15 Million can buy a life without any stress until your last day on this Planet
@@gehtdirgarnichtsan4178 yeah no shitt but he is running a buissness where he is re investing it and at the same time will forever own a hella ton of land
I have to say that over the last 8-10 years I have found Parker to be an incredibly inspirational young man. This feels like the natural progression of someone that's destined to become hugely successful & I'm sure a man that will benefit the community much like his grandfather did. Nobody hit the heights that he will without stepping outside their comfort zone. Once he's reconciled mentally with his decision, the fear will be what drives him on to even greater success. Parker relishes the challenge, the need to prove to himself that irrespective of whatever hurdles are strewn across his path he will prevail. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that he'll be a huge success.
I stopped watching Discovery years ago, but so glad to see this show and Parker still doing his thing. To see how far he has come is insane. A true gold nugget out of modern TV. Way to go Parker!
Congratulations Parker, I have no doubt you will succeed in this tremendous endeavor. It’s not normal for me to comment on videos I see here on RU-vid, but this makes me happy. I always loved how your grandpa showed his love to you and I am sure he is looking down on you with even more love and he is proud for all of your accomplishments.
Was grandpa a believer? Do you think Jesus wants unbelievers in his kingdom? People who do not want Jesus do not get Jesus. Something to think about hey. SATAN did not want Jesus so he is down here making a go of being a imperfect Being down here. What is your opinion on how well Satan is doing?
Crazy seeing how far he has pushed that business from the first episodes of the series. Can't imagine his grandpa ever thought his operation would be this big. Congrats to Parker for an excellent business mind.
Yes he worked really hard and had many problems during his way where he is today. Sad that the gold mining is destroing the beautifull nature and enviorment
That depends, let's go to South America and check all those illegal mines there... heck, no, just open up a newspaper and look for wastepond spills and the damages done... @@Rizzbulla
I don't think his grandfather would like it, think he preferred a small operation. But without Discovery Channel fame this kid would still be on their tiny plot in Alaska and probably perfectly happy.
It already paid off for him when he was born into a rich family and inherited his grandfathers wealth, no different than Justin Trudeau….. a trust fund baby, wake up you hick simp
What an absolute wild ride it has been to watch Parker from the beginning to now. His grandfather would be so proud and amazed at how well he is doing. Hats off to you Parker, hopefully this new land takes you higher than you have been before
I'd imagine the mine came with some valuable regular employees that probably own homes and have families in the Yukon. His regulars are Americans that come up with a trailer that enjoy a 4 month season to make 12 months worth of income. But a large portion are locals.
Parker, you have never been one to walk away from a challenge, and this one is one of the biggest. I am sure that based on your past challenges, you will succeed. Good luck mate. I'm certainly rooting for you.👍
I'm glad Parker had the option and the money to close this deal. Him and his crews are not slackers. They go hard after it. I predict he will gain triple his buying cost or more. Deals like that rarely come around.
I remembered being young with my dad watching Parker as a young miner and routed for him the whole time through the years of watching and it’s great to see what you can accomplish!
I used to watch this way back and to see this kid grow up and become this successful is a direct result of his grandfather and the relationship they had. The early episodes of Parker going to his grandpas mine were the best ones.
I've watched you since episode one with your grandpa. I'm happy for you excited for you and I know Parker that you will do well go make many millions. You and your team are the best of the best.
Well, I'm with you whatever transpires, Parker. You appear to be a very wise young man. You have lots of living yet to do and I think you'll do well with all you have learned and with all you will learn in the time ahead.
I've seen every show he is in to. Good luck Parker on this ground. You will succeed as always. Really love watching you move dirt and get the golf out of the ground!
Yes, I bet his grandfather would be so very proud of Parker for this very large purchase! Way to go, Parker! Your grandfather John Schnable would be over the top happy with you!
Congratulations Parker you grown up so much as a person and on the show. Spend money to make money at the end of the day you have rich real estate which can go up in value. You did the right thing trust your instincts.
Wish Parker nothing but the best. I watched him with my father when he started and to see this makes me smile and excited for him. I know he will become the best in the Klondike. Props too him.
This is one of the brightest young men I’ve seen on any tv show. I watched him with his Grandfather from the beginning making methodical decisions and soaking up his grandfathers advice, he made the biggest decision recently on this land acquisition and I have no doubt he will turn that 15 Million into over 100 million+ profit! He will have the last laugh guaranteed!
He has worked really hard for this. Now he has to work just as hard to keep it. But he and his crew have proven they can pull it off. I am pulling for him.
Wow... I haven't been keeping up with the series since I did the cable TV cord cutting, this is an epic development. Big difference between a boat and gold mine/property... A boat is a hole in the water that you throw money into, and the two happiest days is when you buy it and when you sell it. Whereas a gold mine/property is a hole in the ground that you throw money into... and if you know what you're doing (like Parker obviously does) unlike a boat, it's very likely that the hole will throw money back at you. Congrats Parker, I'm sure Grandpa is proudly looking down and saying "That's my boy, Parker!". You've come such a long way from the Porcupine Creek days!!
If anybody can pull it off it’s Parker. I remember him as a kid under his grandpa, the growing pains of managing his crew to this. Incredible I’ll pray for your success you deserve it.
Are you actually joking ??? Lol He inherited money, and was already born rich, he’s a trust fund baby like Justin Castro, stop simping, On a side note, Parker has always has had a bad narcissistic inflated ego, and always treated treated people like trash
After watching you for many years learning from your Grandad and now what you have achieved it's unreal, All the best in your next chapter and hope you strike it rich well deserved...
It almost feels like I have been watching "The Truman Show"... Seen him grow up and kind of come of age to reach here, and yet there is so much more exciting stuff yet to come!
I have seen Parker over the years meet his dad . His grandfather would be so proud of him . I don't think people understand how big it is to have that much land in gold rich ground. It will be good for alaska.
This is an incredible journey. Ive always thought Parker gets by on the good values instilled in him by grandpa. Parkers no more perfect than anyone else, but he is a hellovalot more ambitious. I hope it ends well for him. He is for sure going to have to watch out for golddiggers :)
This man I've admired I've watched him since day one since 3rd grade and I've always been obsessed with gold rush. I've always wanted to meet him and work for him tho I'll gladly just take the meeting him
He has become such a successful businessman and he worked hard to get this far. I think it would be so cool to work beside parker. Man that would be awesome!
I think this is outstanding. I have watched from the start and you have come a long way young man. I am sure there are a lot of people alive a passed that are proud of you! Now go make it happen!
I love this series but the hilarious thing about this, and Parker himself acknowledges this is while the discovery channel make out Parker et all are big fish in the Klondike, the operations next to them are operating and producing at several orders of magnitude bigger scale!
They are leaving out a lot of details. You don't just write a check for $15M. He either needs a partner or at least show the bank negotiation where he needs collateral etc. Also; when the seller says I need to be your biggest fan .... it implies there is a royalty being paid. So maybe Parker did not pay $15M up front but rather something less with a guarantee to $15M through royalties.
@@vh1984ful yeah but somebody gettin ready to hand me a $15mill check…that’s gotta be some crazy feelings to keep hidden. Don’t see how he kept a straight face.
I don’t know how much pristine undeveloped land there is in Alaska, but hopefully this show will encourage more ppl to strip it, pollute it and destroy it. Thanks so much Discovery Channel!
