Every thing deep fried should be deep fried in lard, people who did it like us lived long lives, not all these oils that have no taste are useless, you might as well bake food if you are not gonna fry in lard, i live in ky. ,about an hour from the parkette, worth the drive
I ate there for my first and last time about a year ago. The place was an absolute filthy mess, the prices were way to high for the small plate of food that I got and can cook better in my house. I will not give it a second chance
