Train your body and your brain. Brain Power will include functional movement patterns that include an added layer of thinking. This class will include dual task training, combining movements with cognitive challenges.
The purpose of this class is to heighten brain cell connections by incorporating drills that challenge attention, memory and executive functioning. Strong bodies and sharp brains come from exercise! Both seated and standing exercises will be included.
