One of my clients had Parkinsons. She was a dance instructor for most of the years of her life, even leading a dance troop into her 80s that travelled to nursing homes doing shows. They called themselves "The Energizers" and they were quite adorable. She lived to over 90 and the Parkinsons barely affected her mostly because of her unusual background of very regular physical activity. Exercise all your life. Start now if you have not already. Even a little can go a long way.
