Parkinson-School 101: Carbidopa / Levodopa Supplementation 

Been on Rasagaline for 2 years. Just started Levadopa at half a pill for a week to determine my ability to tolerate.

Superb (game-changing) discussion of dyskinesia (wriggling, writhing). I’d envisioned it as BIG - like arms flailing wildly. Thank you. I have a little wriggling. I didn’t know that was dyskinesia.

My tremors got worse after one week of taking LevoDopa.

I start carbidopa levodopa in the morning was just diagnosed with Parkinson’s two weeks ago medication sensitivie so wil see how I do on it

Just started taking Levadopa after2 years on Rasagaline.Started Leva with half a pill for 2 weeks to check any side effects

Not me. A single 25/100 tab of Sinemet vanquishes me. It fatigues me massively: I go to bed, to sleep - especially if I eat. I despise it. I take it because without Sinemet, I can’t exercise. My neurologist has me taking Carbidopa (w/o Levidopa) but that doesn’t relieve nausea/fatigue. I also take Risagiline once a day.

Laurie- i took it 25/100 and felt like a zombie. could I try titration by cutting the pill into fourth's would that be better? i started Mirapex and it helped but still am exhausted. really want C/L because it is the gold standard.
