Criminals get there weapons confiscated anyway after a crime and usually do not go to a ffl gun dealer to purchase meaning no paper trail to fallow, so how exactly are you going to go about confiscating firearms without putting lawful gun owners in danger from unlawful searches as well as unlawful rights violations?
