It all depends how much dedication you put into the sport. I'm pretty sure the guys in the video have been training over 4 years.

you can make it work that's the amazing thing about park our and free running no matter were you are or what weather or what obsticles you can be creative in your movement and overcome them

the baggy sweat pants gives us more room to move around, we dont trip on them lol

+Brayden Froese you can just get any sweatpants from any store lol, but if you are looking for the extra big ones there are some called samurai pants you can get online :)
