Iv just bought this drill. Let me tell you that your getting the speeds mixed up. There is a notch on the speed selector to indicate what gear your in. Look when your turning it cos it turns underneath and not over like your assuming.

what's the point of this drill, knowing that sds type are much stronger for drilling into concrete ? This seems to be a pretty good tool, but i'm not sold ...
