Lidl has highly confusing drill segmentation, they also sell another 20v drill with just 1 gear at similar price, another green brushed impact drill which is very good with large 775 motor, the rest is brushless performance line where you get 2 ordinary, 2 impact drills and 1 impact hammer. Green tools are sometimes cheaper for parts just to get motors and switches, i have a list of what kind of motor is in which tool just for this case.
@@jernejloknar8011 That was very helpful thanks, I use mainly bosch 18v tools but I also have a few LIDL(parkside) tools because they so cheap, I'm waiting for an impact driver or a cheap drill to show up at my local LIDL. This PABS20-LI G8 is on sale right now in Germany for 50 euros
@@doctorlefthandthread Possibly to get people in the door. I think it’s because they are celebrating 25 years in the country. They have a few other tools quite cheap too.
You are making a good point they are low price for a reason only designed to work for a short time. If you need your tools for your full-time job Parkside is never the right way to go.
@@doctorlefthandthread Take a guess how I learned it? The expensive way. And they tell you these are cheap tools! The f they are. Incredibly expensive for what you get. A 400€ dewalt/makita/festool will become cheaper than a 50€ parkshit.
