Curved part of the collection bag should be set on the backside of the mowing deck, on the bottom of the openning. You left it hanging outside where it obstructs backward movement. Fix that and you will have a very potent lawnmower.

I am happy with it. The wide range of cutting, easy height setting. But there are 2 things i dislike. 1.the collecting bag (when you are pouring out the grass from the bag, the grass is getting stuck in the corner and you have to remove it with your hand ot shake the bag and turn it to the left and right Side) 2. You can go only forward when the collecting bag is on because of that plastic piece under the bag. If you want to go backward you have to raise the mower with you hand. Im showing it at 3:42
With the plastic bottom bit stopping you reversing, that’s supposed to clip over the bottom edge curve. It looks like it’s curved because I think there may be a roller option at the rear not fitted.
