This song stopped me from letting myself succumb to sadness and just die. I got pissed off and found inner motivation. I hope I can save others from that dark, dismal place and the lies I had to listen to. War is easier when you can positively identify and respond to an Enemy.
"War is easier when you can positively identify and respond to an Enemy." Man that really hit me, I've been miserable, suffering alone for over 10 years and could never explain my feelings and felt like I didn't know how to fight them but recently I remembered repressed memories that finally gave the actual cause of my problems a face and I've been thinking that it might be easier to fight this now that i know the enemy so what you said really resonates with me, thank you stranger on the internet
Same, going through some serious down stuff but my fiancé and I crank this and every time it can instantly lift us to keep fighting. Depression etc is truly a vice grip but this and most of Parkway Drive’s stuff has been there for us. Gotta thank my bro and my fiancé for introducing me to them. Especially this one! Devil’s Calling also of the same album, is another anthem for us. Thanks PD for the epic anthems that we will crank with fury.
It's refreshing for the us elders to be reminded our age is just a number. Two simple choices in life. Live in the light or darkness, but live it. God bless you chads!
Found this song years ago spoke to me about good vs evil in the world. I'm now in the light, no fear for the darkness, since I've lived my life there and no longer have any desire for the evil in this life of mine. No fear, complete light now with hope! Always loved this song and the lyrics speak truth! ❤
But what i've learned over the last 29 years. Life will always stay a battle. Each. Single. Day. We fight back to back my brothers. Greetings from Germany. Never give up!
In an interview I watched, Winston said this is the lightest song on the album. Supposedly it's supposed to get progressively darker the further into the album you go on the song list. I guess it's gonna get pretty fuckin dark, according to Winston.
Naruto + Pokemon + DBZ = greatest thing ever. I WANT TO BE THE VERY BEST....SUPER SAIYAN HOKAGE THAT EVER WAS! CHA LA! HEAD CHA LA! XD omg I would never be able to sing that and keep a straight face.
I was bullied. Degraded. Violated. This song spoke to me. Empowered me. I gave myself the strength I needed to toss that senior out the window at the nursing home.
Brady Hauck Saturday on VAINSTREAM he said "this is one easy song from the new album" I think that's the reason why Parkway Drive chose this song as pre release song
