I really like how you are unpacking the literature that is this play " Parliament Of Owls" in relation to what has been happening in our country. The drama that unfolded during the Gen-Zs protests all the way to parliament when the Finance Bill 2024 was passed. I can actually relate the various characters in the play with our own Kenyan Politicians . I can see Arum Tidis of kenya, the Socialite owls in our parliament, the Straight eyed and Iron lady owls in the Kenyan parliament. The moonlight bill in the play is a replica of the finance bill 2024. The themes of political assassinations, unjust laws, Oppression , Intimidations and blackmail is actually what is happening. This play came at a better time like now when our students can relate it with what is happening. Well done teacher Martha 👏👏👏
