I have a 3 minutes presentation on select committees tomorrow, and this is the best video so far that will make preparation super easy for me. A huge THANK YOU!!!
+Ajibola Obadina Hi! Thanks for the interest and apologies for not replying sooner. The short answer is that hearings can be public or closed - the Committee gets to decide which - and they will always seek to get a balanced range of views on any matter. It tends to be more investigative than adversarial and so it's thinking of any matter along pro and anti lines is not particularly helpful. But I hope that this comment is helpful, and the video too. Do check out my other videos and feel free to send through any more questions. Thanks!
Blimey, that was a long time ago and I am well impressed that this video has any traction left! There are more to date examples (if I can remember them) and I'm really sorry but I cannot remember the specifics of Hoon being underwhelming - there were many. If there is anything else I can do to help do ask and thanks again for the interest and engagement
Try these ones: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OoLJXGR99a0.html & ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kwJv7QJJdCg.html. I'd appreciate if you could tell me if either are any good. BWs Bert
